From research on the web, that is caused by having a missing reference.
It should be in System.Attribute.
This says it should be in Microsoft.VisualBasic: forums.asp.net/t/…
But, I'm still getting the error.

OK, I finally figured the problem out!
I'm adding the Imports statement wrong with the trailing newline wrong.
I have no idea how to do it now, but evidently not the way I am doing it.
RoslynTester is good now (I think/hope!), except I need to figure out how to do this so the tests work.
