There's a fellow at Netrunner who is halfwy through it, and is really enjoying it. He did say that the first book is the weakest of the series so far, so I shouldn't give up on the series if I don't enjoy the first book that much.

Hobbies like these are as expensive as you want them to be. These Netrunner players had so much stuff that wasn't cards. Sleeves, boxes, playmats, fancy counters. They didn't have that stuff because they needed it, they had it because they wanted it.

@OrigamiRobot True, but with the data pack system I can just get all the cards. They release a 60 card pack (3 copies of 20 cards), roughly once a month, which costs $15.

It's nice having access to all the cards.

@Frank Especially awesome since the main drawback to the Skeleton race is that they don't get to use infusions, which are the main way to heal in the game. Except paladins get healing skills

You'd think it would just kill you or something, trying to heal yourself like that.

So if you put positive at the long end you'll get green, positive at the short end red

I just got a shield that can create a temporal shield on use.

Once the shield breaks, any damage it absorbed is healed over 5 turns.

Slightly less armor than my old shield, but that ability is nuts.

So I asked people here about the Power Items and whether they had negative effects on my pokemon's speed growth and the answers turned out well. But I dont have some of the Power Items and so I use the Macho Brace but I think the Macho Brace DOES reduce speed growth because when I was EV training...

Shoot, I forgot to tell IT that I'd update Java myself, and now it's too late to do that. The worst thing that could happen is that the office loses power tonight, which luckily doesn't look like it'll happen. The last time Java needed updating, my entire morning became a complete waste of time.

@OrigamiRobot meh, I think the single-pole plan was for a thing with multiple leds and the arduino in the center, rotating around one axis

So I'd just put the magnet on a fixed position and the hall sensor in the rotating thing
