Because clearly entering all this information into a spreadsheet, then going back and fixing the form we need to enter it into our Oracle DB, then entering all the data into the database through said form is going to much faster than fixing the form, entering the data, then exporting it to a spreadsheet.

I think he just doesn't understand electrical current. When someone uses "path of least resistance", their mental model is usually an analogy, and not an understanding of what actually happens.

In this case, if you connected voltage on the left side of that, and the common (ground whatever) to the right, you will blow things up.

i could see the ISPs all jacking up rates right before a Title II change takes effect and blame it on the legislation, like the health insurance industry did right before 2014

(I'm not quoting anything, but it's something I've heard someone claim. Kind of. I mean, you usually don't pay flat monthly charges for utilities, and AFAICT Title II would essentially turn internet access into one?)
