Question about a duplicate answer. Is this a duplicate, How can I introduce my dog to a new home with minimal stress? URL: pets.stackexchange.com/questions/2150/…
I looked at the dates of posting and I found this one posted on a February date. I thought it was a duplicate of How can I help my dog adjust to a move? URL: pets.stackexchange.com/questions/1986/…
@AshleyNunn I personally do a lot of research on websites that I find helpful to me because I've used them before. Plus I'm doing extensive learning on multiple websites. Plus I might as well backup my research on this. Sometimes it's just links because I haven't gotten into the subject about it and I haven't had an experience about it. Soon there will be less links and more no-link answers.

ZaralyndaMy cat Hunter (10 year old neutered male with chronic sinus infections and no teeth) grows these calluses on his paw pads. None of our other cats have them. Why do they show up and is there any harm in removing them?

@DerrickK. et all, one of the ways to write a lead in to an answer that's mostly a single source is like this answer pets.stackexchange.com/a/6546/224
I explain why the reader should trust that particular source
also the best answers will cite a source, but also put the information in their own words to specifically apply it to the question
so the person asking the question isn't left interpreting a random website for their situation themselves. They could have googled the question and thought about that website themselves
if there are competing viewpoints, it is good to include them, but not always necessary, depending on the answer. It's not necessary to include anti-vaxxers opinions when talking about vaccines, for example
