All I am saying is that people with bad intentions may abuse on the command like that, and since it was not a command that was originally exposed to users

you might as well just disable it again but its up to you if you feel there is no harm having it open with the recursion disable

It's only a loop because HoiHoi-san was specifically programmed to do that. Not particularly different from just making a bot which spams random junk messages. It's still rate-limited (unlike the feed user seems to be) and can be dealt with just like any other out-of-control bot.
