Also, MLB is 30 teams (correct me if I'm wrong, I had to wiki MLB), so it's presumably trivial for a game to have complete rosters, therefore the answer will be a huge list, whereas emulators tend to be open source, so for any moderately complex system, there will be a few as there is no reason for there to be more.
That question of what to do when stuck underground in Minecraft has more possible answers than complete emulators for most consoles.
