I'm not sure how the USA does it, but at least in NOva Scotia all the ISPs handle cable, internet, and phones. Normally people just buy all three as a bundle.

Our ISPs bundle but you can get just internet with many. They'll constantly beg you to add cable and phone though

Also, she's a toddler, not an infant. Infant zombie babies would be really easy to avoid. You pretty much just need to not put anything directly in their mouth and you're safe. Toddler zombie babies, on the other hand, are a threat from the knees down.
