Q: Do we count monkeys as crew?

DrSheldonWe use the tag crewed-spaceflight instead of manned because the latter might be interpreted to exclude women. Do we also include the pre-Mercury flights that included monkeys and other primates as "crewed"? Or are they just passengers or cargo? Remember, Han the chimp pushed levers.
