Starship Mk1 blew its top during a pressurization test. Musk says On to Mk3 design then!
The way you find the edges is by testing to destruction.

So they built something that looked like crap and it blew up. Two steps forward and one step back in PR.

They learned a lot about building in a field. You can see that Mk2 in Florida is already looking different. And Mk3 that will be built in Texas will be yet again a refinement.
They are wokring in a baren location, with a new material.
Even constructing the windshield/brake was a late addition.
