@UndotheSnowman seems you forgot about the bounty here, didn't you? Or you just thought there's no answer that satisfies the criteria? (I'd understand the latter, don't worry about a straight answer LOL)

@TildalWave Huh wha?
@TildalWave What the...??
I never got notified about any of those answers.

@UndotheSnowman you had a bounty on the hazard pay question

@TildalWave Yeah.
And I didn't get to award it ;(

@UndotheSnowman LOL happens I guess... did you favorite the question?

Meh, I don't use favorites anyway.

1:40 AM
@UndotheSnowman you have one on Astro, no?
@UndotheSnowman well that's why it's useful, tells you which threads changed in your profile page

Ahhh.... that's what it's there for.
@TildalWave Yeah, so I can get the hat.

@UndotheSnowman which hat is it?

@UndotheSnowman hehhe what CW do I need to edit? post new tag CW would do it or should I add some book to our meta post?

@TildalWave Go edit something in the Sandbox on mSO.

1:47 AM
@UndotheSnowman Oh I could add something to literary canon thread, if that's all that's required

@TildalWave It has to be 90 days old.

@UndotheSnowman isn't it?

@TildalWave Meh, edit this question.

@UndotheSnowman that literary canon one is from July 31
and I have stuff to add...

Then go for it

2:25 AM
@UndotheSnowman I did... still waiting for the hat tho
I think it might take longer on meta, everything there is slower with database updates

This still image was taken from a new NASA movie of the sun based on data from NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory, or SDO, showing the wide range of wavelengths – invisible to the naked eye – that the telescope can view. SDO converts the wavelengths into an image humans can see, and the light is colorized into a rainbow of colors. Yellow light of 5800 Angstroms, for example, generally emanates f

A: Did the SSO have "military uses"?

HAirysteedUsing a piloted spacecraft to launch warheads makes no sense. Better to just use ICBMs

^ Auto VLQ flag there. @Manish, procedure?
You're not really answering the question here - could you edit your answer to be more in line with the question? The questions asks whether SSO had military uses, and you're saying that it wouldn't make sense. It would be great if you could cite some sources for a yes or no answer. These types of answers are liable to be removed. — Undo 3 mins ago

I'm tempted to agree with the flag; it expresses an opinion

Huh, the 10k tools show flags you've already handled now. Nice!

Me??
What is that bulby-hat thingy?

5:35 PM
@Everyone A hat.
That's all I can tell you.
@Everyone Well, what flags I've already handled. They don't just fall into a black hole as soon as you handle them.

@ManishEarth Reasoning?

You're talking through a hat again ... \+:

@ManishEarth Got it.
That is such a fun button to use.

Too short, and mainly guesswork with no refs. Not really useful, as answers go

Sounds good.
(Come to think of it, we've never community-deleted an answer)

Learning to push the right button, eh?

@Everyone Yah.
Buttons are fun to push.

5:54 PM
hehe ok.
What missions does the NASA DSN support at present? How close is it to capacity?

@Everyone Make it a little narrower and that'd be a great question.
i.e. split them into two questions.

You want to take either? I'm knackered; barely sitting up

@Everyone Only if you don't want one.
I'll take whichever you don't want.

whichever you choose (+:

???
@Everyone I'll take the which missions one, then, if you're ok with it

Hi folks, just a quick note here to remind y’all that the yearly Stack Overflow User Survey is live!

We’ve edited the questions/answers based on your feedback from last year’s survey and suggestions posted on Meta.

As a small token of our appreciation, we’ll be donating $1 for each completed survey to your choice of of one of this year’s Stack Exchange Gives Back charities (look forward to an announcement soon regarding this year’s full donations).

As always, we’ll be posting the results here on the blog once the survey is completed. …
