Q: With anydice.com, how can I get the middle 5 from a roll of 7d4

LukeI want to roll 7d4 and drop the highest and the lowest. I know I can get the second highest with output 2@7d4, so I thought it would be something like output 2..6@7d4 but that isn't recognized. How can I get the sum of the middle 5 from a roll of 7d4?
