I have read "The Difficult Birth of the "Many Worlds" Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics" in blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/… you gave. Thank you for informing me how the many-worlds interpretation was born. But has it become more popular in recent years as the article said? I doubt.

It has never appeared in the quantum mechanics textbboks for my course work. I was informed about it by hearing it from unoffical sources I can't recall, probably legends, sci-fi, or popular science articles on web so that I have never known its exact contents but just have an vague idea of it.

@CaptainBohemian lol dont feel youre missing much! am not really much of fan myself but think it has some value as 1 of several leading interpretations.
