Hello
TheSimpliFire
heyo
Nick
Perhaps, you could try to set up feed bot.
or some other SO bot that will keep chat active.
TheSimpliFire
I should have thought of that, thanks
Nick
I am also interested in setting up bots for my channels as well.
It's very difficult to keep asking moderators to unfreeze rooms.
TheSimpliFire
@Nick done

For historical reference, some rooms require freedom from being frozen x)

:P
Nick
I'm not sure if feeds bot is enough though.
TheSimpliFire
@Nick Are you planning to run for mod this year?
Nick
No, maybe next year or the year after. I have not been very active on this site.
I need a little more math background.
For now, this is my root:
jeeadv.ac.in/documents/mathematics_syllabus.pdf

This is a paper from a person I just met:
vixra.org/pdf/1904.0594v1.pdf
puzzling, it is only some numbers. @TheSimpliFire can you figure out what is being done?
TheSimpliFire

@Nick No clue! vixra hosts some poor quality stuff though
Nick
I need to help break these people into academia
what are the standards for peer review and such?
TheSimpliFire
Try teaching them how to write a good paper (especially structure)
Nick
I can do that, some thesis level stuff like I'm used to doing.
But then there's this point even I'm blank at, which is finding people to read and evaluate these propositions. Is there a better alternative to vixra that's better and more widely used?

@TheSimpliFire yes, I go though
