dear robert, sorry, I somehow have forgotten about this discussion. my point is that I am not sure whether there is some pretty random looking isomorphism of the form you need in your answer, but I am sure that the "canonical" morphism you used (which is by the way the only canonical one I can think of at the moment; maybe there is another?) is not necessarily an isomorphism, as exemplified above, and this causes trouble.
