@DanielRuf My issue happened on bitbucket not in github.com, I was using https to clone the repo, but not stored password in that. My password was 11 letter long and mix of letter and number.. password is hard to brute force .. I think
I know .. my linux effected..how to find this malware, where it located in my machine ?

The attacker linked to the article by Internetwache, he scanned for .git folders as far as we know. It does not matter if it was Bitbucket or GitHub, as both are Git platforms. How can you be sure? So far we have no evidence that malware was used.

Might be unrelated. Why should your credit card data be on your server / system?

didn't store any data in server.. somehow my anonymous transactions happened on credit card, in the same time bitbucket issue happened.
