Just got here...
Taking look at your site now...
It looks like you added more content - that's good. The trick with AdSense is...
Make sure you have content using keywords and related words (you can use synonyms) that relate to what your site is about...
That way AdSense can see that when people search on a keyword, for example:
"currency converter", that you the content on your site also has that keyword, and some content related to currency converters.
That way, AdSense can then display an ad that corresponds to it.
Do you follow that?
Are you here Danny?

hi dan

dan
Oh, there you are :-) It's hard to use this site real-time.
Did you see my comments above?

yeah i am reading it
i would like to tell one thing why i am apply for it.

dan
Sure, go ahead.

I was working in a software company in Bangalore,India. I worked for 2yrs in by boss company. he was giving me 15 us $ per month

dan

dan

I see. I talked with another person from Nepal not too long ago - nice guy too...

I left his job before 2 months, i am trying to get adsense from last 6 month. I applied for 3 times, as i already said about it.

dan
He setup an online consulting firm, and appears to be doing OK with that.
AdSense can generate some income, but perhaps you can consult too?

In bookshop , daily i used to meet many Americans .

dan
Yes, I would try to do business with people in the U.S. and Europe, where the average hourly wage is high.
What kind of books by the way?

dan
4:34 PM
OK, I'll have a look at it later so as not to lose you...getting back to AdSense...

you can see image in about us tab

dan
OK, looking now...
I saw it - it's good to be able to connect with people from all over like this.
Just as a side note, for inspirational purposes...

I made all the admin setups for my dad, but my dad is very simple person, he oftenly use setups, all his americans friend call hi GANDHI

dan

Sounds like a nice shop - I hope you can sell to internal buyers as well.

if you meet him, i am 100% sure you will like him. All foreigners who visit our bookshop and talks with my dad, thy love my dad
Thus from last 2 months, my dad is sending money for me i am very worry how to get ad-sense for me.

I understand, it must be stressful for you. If I can suggest something regarding this site...
it's maybe not the best forum for you (as you wrote)...
I trying to make a difference and elevate it a bit with good answers, but it's limited because of it's format.

do you have skype

dan
It's a good place to ask single questions, and perhaps to build some recognition for you skill level.
I don't have Skype available right now...
If I can suggest some other sites to you in addition to this one...

okay no problem
i open my site(www.ansoftsys.com) from last 9 months, in hope to get ad-sense, do you guess that i will get adsense ?

dan
This forum is very active, and has more of a focus on commerce: warriorforum.com
If you look at the posts there, you may get some other ideas on how to generate income from your sites, in addition to AdSense.
It offers more of an extended dialog on questions too, so you're not as limited to just a few answers.
I'd suggest asking questions there too.
Regarding AdSense - I think you have a good shot, I don't see why not...

yeah , i saved that link for reading. so do you think i will get ad-sense for my site, which i recently applied once again.

dan
4:44 PM
you just had a problem with not enough content for Google to be able to display their ads.

i updated it again, did you saw that? is that not enough?

dan
I would like to say yes, but it depends on if Google thinks you have enough content there related to the keywords you're focusing on...
It looks like a nice application (i.e., currency conversion) and should be popular - have you worked on it's SEO too?
As you work on SEO, your chances for AdSense will increase as well.

SEO like? i have added it to webmaster, i checked all the pages from w3 validators, none of my pages has any single error

dan
You're using Webmaster Tools?

yes

dan
4:48 PM
By SEO, I mean have you been trying to increase its position in the search engines?

i have added to Google Analytics code in each and every pages of my site,
i found daily 100-250 users mostly from us

dan
Yes, I think the U.S. would be a good geotarget for it, since we only have one currency here and often need to send money to other countries.

what other SEO you recomend?

dan
Europe should be as well, given that they use the Euro and need to send money to non-EU countries as well.
Sticking with this website, I'd suggest reading this Community Wiki for more on SEO:
http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/2/what-are-the-best-ways-to-increase-a-sites-position-in-google
Good idea about the Chrome App.
You might be able to easily convert it into an Android App as well using PhoneGap.
I'll see if I can find a link for improving your AdSense as well (looking now)

i thought to make many standards app like Personal trainer, online mathematics etc .once i get ad-sense in order to increase the profit. But i don't know when i will get adsense!

dan
4:55 PM
You know you can create revenue streams through Android apps as well, using ad programs like: developers.google.com/live/shows/15536011

yeah its nice to know phone-Gap. But u know to service in Bangalore each day i should have us$ 2 , my dad is became old, i can not ask his money.
service <-> servive

dan
You don't really need cell service to create Android apps, it's all done through simulators.
I'd suggest looking into it, because developing apps for businesses is very hot in consulting right now, and you could generate a lot of income though that.
Regarding AdSense - have you read through the links on the side-bar of this: developers.google.com/live/shows/15536011

You know, i planned to convert all my web apps into mobile phones once if i get adsense.

dan
Sure, let me know when you do and I'll point you towards some good books online.
In regards to AdSense, one thing people sometimes overlook is the CPC for the keywords they use. Are you using Google's AdWords Keyword lookup tool?

but dan first target is Adsense. Any how i have to get adsense, i would request you to do anything to get adsense for me.
Once if i get adsense , then withing 3 months if you come to nepal, then i will have money to take you around the nepal
No i don't know about Google's AdWords Keyword lookup tool.

dan
5:03 PM
:-) Sounds like a plan. Let me see if I can find some links to help...
Well, regarding AdWords, you can use that to lookup the CPC value paid for each click through...
Some keywords might only be a few pennies, and others can be up to $100+
I always suggest to people to select keywords that are high in CPC, but low in competition.

shall i give you my webmaster and google analytics email to you?

dan
It's better to get just a few clicks with high payouts than a lots of them with low payouts.
I don't think you should, this is a public chat room.

oh yeah

dan
Sign up for this, and then take a look at the Keywords tool there:
https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=adwords&continue=https://adwords.google.com/um/gaiaauth?apt%3DNone%26dst%3D/o/Targeting/Explorer?__c%253D1000000000%2526__u%253D1000000000%2526ideaRequestType%253DKEYWORD_IDEAS%26dst%3D/o/Targeting/Explorer?__c%253D1000000000%2526__u%253D1000000000%2526ideaRequestType%253DKEYWORD_IDEAS%26ltmpl%3Djfk&hl=en_US&ltmpl=jfk&passive=86400&skipvpage=true&sacu=1&sarp=1&sourceid=awo&subid=ww-en-et-awhp_nelsontest_con
Taking a look for helpful links for AdSense...
Take a look at the forums here:
Here's a similar post to yours for example: warriorforum.com/adsense-ppc-seo-discussion-forum/…
Note that replies there are much more "liberal" than on this site :-) Just read past the negative ones.

you can check my pages keywords using ->(if you don'nt know then follow)-> how to check source code: Right click & select view source

dan
5:11 PM
You should post your question there if possible, or other forum - you'll likely get many, many responses like that one.
I've got to be going in a bit - gotta get back to work :-)

Once you have access to Google's Keywords Tool, just plug in your keywords to see what the CPC value is...
That will also give you suggestions for other keywords to use too.
Try to use keywords with the highest CPC amount, lowest competition, and highest Global Searches per month.
Add a comment to your question and let me know how you're doing!

yeah correct

dan
Hope I've been of some help - talk with you later Danny!

okay
in india its 11pm..i will read all your suggestions and i will sleep for the day

dan
OK, wishing you the best of luck! Keep plugging away at it...you'll get there!
