@T.E.D. Well, obviously, the Q went HNQ (still is with >8 'hotness-points'), and thus was/is listed on the HNQ page and on the main site H:SE to the right. But it wasn't listed here, in this room. The feed abo here missed it.
Yeah, kind of curious how that happened. As a software guy, that's how my brain works.
My SWAG theory would be something like it doesn't hit the feed if it goes up there and drops off before some batch script runs, and also doesn't go up if its already been up once before, and we hit the crack between the two.
