This seems to me like a question about editing and the semantics of certain words, there is no disagreement on the facts just on whether or not the journalists used the proper word to describe it, I really don't understand why this question is here.

Personally, I don't really like this kind of fake news crap, so I'd like to see a takedown. For this one, "It's impressive she built one, but she didn't invent anything. She did not express any great creativity, which is a hallmark of "invention"".

@SIMEL As I said above, if that is the only point of dispute, we should close as opinion-based. I was told there was a question of fact involved though.
