@meyt4r what sort of data are you dealing/working with that is pushing you towards wanting a list of dictionaries?
(I haven't run across such a situation in my own experience; if my data is that regular, a table is a very natural data structure to use)
is there a full population of "columns"/"keys", with individual "rows" being sparse in which columns/keys are populated?
i aint using it for any analysis or that kind of stuff.
i have a list of dictionaries, which are mostly irregular but on occasion can be regular for limited amount of time. and in those times everything brakes, caus whoopditooo k is making em into a table.
i use the dictionaries as data structures with named symbols, and my list of them consists of different types of dictionaries
i display boxes as user interface and every box has its own unique properties, wen only one type of box is displayed on the interface, k turns everything upside down, suddenly its a table. things break.
funny u say, i heard u got like 10 of them ks laying around. k3 k6 k7... etc. keking.
anyhow, i think there should be a toggle switch for such an important behavior. let it be on as default. but keep the option to turn it off.
but also maybe u K wizards got some better advice and i shouldn't be even reaching those corners.
@ngn wats the original k u speak of ? u got links ?
