Here is the time to use a parent account where you count with a suspension with the least probability. The suspension probability roughly correlates with your activity, so in your case I would use, for example, the Biology SE.

Btw, Muze, I would like to start some discussion on the related meta sites in your defense, but I am not sure, what you want and what did you really do. The PSE would likely suspend also me, if I would try to defend you too vehemently, but the other sites would likely not. It is particularly problematic that they used the mod of an unrelated site to suspend you. I think it could become a well-defensible case on the Meta SE. The problem is two: 1) lack of information to me 2) the risks would be too high for me 3) it is unlikely that your privileges would be given back, but it would be possible

to show a clear position to the System and for the decision-makers what they would likely listen in the future.

@Blue If I understand it well, the activity on your site was that the PSE mods contacted you, that Muze talks on the chat, and they can't suspend him, because his chat account is not linked with his PSE account. It means that Muze had a clean history on your site. Giving 1 year for him with a clean history seem serious over-reaction to me.

@Blue I don't want to create a MSE case, because Muze currently doesn't communicate also with me. I have no way to know his view about his last (3rd!!!) yearlong PSE ban, which is the real cause of the current events. Furthermore, mentioning induvidual suspensions is forbidden on the PSE meta, and I have no way to know, how widely would the PSE mods interpret their this rule.

@Blue You say talking on the PSE chat with an ongoing PSE suspension is evading the rules. I say, reparenting a user who has nothing to do to your site, which results a 1yr long chat ban for him, is also circumventing the rules.

@Blue I think in his case, consecutively given 1 month bans would have enough pedagogical value. Note also, he has many highly upvoted, popular posts. The SE sites could work also as popularization of the science, which is imho a major motivator of the volunteer work here. He is good in that, at least if we see his not deleted posts. But I see a strong movement to expel him. I think it is bad. If he has bad posts, it could be downvoted, closed and so on. His good posts attract many visitors, which is essential for a site network.

@Blue yes thank you again. I don't have a problem for being suspended. I just have a problem for be suspended years at a time for very minor stuff that everyone else is allowed to do. Can the suspensions be coded to be more dynamic?

@peterh thanks for defending me but please don't get suspended for me. I don't think they are trying to eject me I hope. The system doesn't allow moderators to choose the length of suspension as far as I know. My issue really isn't with the mods Blue made that clear to me. I would like a good warning like you will be suspended if you do this again would be enough for me. Yes I did get plenty of warning but not for the same stuff and the warnings are very rare. I keep hearing you were warned years ago like I'm supposed to remember. Thanks for helping me!!!

@Muze If a mod suspends you, he can write any number into a textbox between 1 and 365. It will be the days for which you will be suspended. The mods are on a short leash by the SE, but if they want to suspend you for a year, for anything, no one will say anything, because you are here weak. The important thing would be for you: do not do anything what would require CM intervention! The SE probably won't do anything if you are suspended, fairly or unfairly, and probably they won't do anything to suspend you. Probably they want to let your problem to the site mods. But it is a fragile

@peterh I have only seen the suspensions in a particular interval? Never odd. Something like 1,2,7,30 days 6mo and a year or something like that. So they are purposely choosing the max?

@Muze situation. I suggest to never do such things like voting irregularities or circumventing suspensions with alternate accounts. These could be done on a way which is impossible for the SE to reveal, and probably many people are doing it, but you can't do so. Even I don't do these, because simply they doesn't worth the effort and the risk. Never do anything to annoy the SE! Site mods can suspend you only for single sites, and only for a year. So you can use the other SE sites where you aren't suspended yet.

@Muze Yes, but it is just a convention. They can give any days until 365. CMs can give network-wide suspension over any limit. The theoretical maximum would last until 9999-12-31, the longest network-wide suspension I know is this, until 2092. (Note, I don't know what he did.)

@Muze If you are coming from the same IP, or use the same session id, or use anything which is usable to identify you with fingerprinting, or use the same google account if you are logged in by both, they can identify you. You would need to know all the possibilities and avoid all of them. And if you commit a mistake, they can network-ban you for 80 years. I could risk a fresh account with it, but not a many year old one (particularly that I have enough rep on most sites I wanted to have). They can also recognize you from your style and typical terminologies.

@Muze I think the quality of your posts improved a lot since your beginning, and many downs/closures what you get, happens because you became infamous and many people don't like you. Your only way to defend if you are active and show that you are at least trying to follow the rules. If there is a clearly unfair event, you can still go to the meta.

@Muze There is a huge overlap between the PSE and other sites, particularly astronomy & space & math & engineering. You can visit them. Your general effect to the sites is many attracted visitors, and the SE probably considers it. Maybe even the mods are considering it.

@Muze I suggest to not slowen your posts, but use more sites. Try to learn. Follow what they say. I don't know, where are you in the IRL life, I suspect you are in an U.S. high school. Try to go into directions where you can learn more science, if you are learning physics or programming, the sites will be very welcoming for you with your problems!

@Muze The University of Vermont has a "College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences". If I understand it well, the costs are $\approx$ \$35000/yr. It is huge, but you won't have living costs, because it is in the same city where you live! You will probably need good grades in your current shool to get in, and your family has U.S. wages behind them, so you probably could get at least a bachelor degree there!

@Muze The world doesn't work on this way! If you start the pita business, you will become a cook! With your interest in math & science, you should become at least some math/science BA! But if you leave the education now, it is unlikely that you will ever have a diplom!

@peterh average but I did score in the top 1000 percentile in abstract reasoning. I dropped out in 10th grade 2 days later took my GED and 2 days later was in college taking notes. I'm up to 90 credits now grades still average

@Muze Universities work very differently than K-12 classes. The most important difference is that you have typically much more freedom. You are the typical character who could be killed by a University, but you could become even a Phd, it depends on, if you are learning what you are interested on, or not. In your case I would go the Vermont University and I would do the pita business at most as a secondary job. It is more important than anything!

@Muze Universities mostly aren't classroom environment. There are lectures, you are mostly free to visit them or not. There is a credit system, you have some freedom to choose, whose lectures do you want to listen. I don't know too much from the U.S. system, but I think the Vermont University is a particularly easy one.

Only way to get out of work is to be the boss, invent something which I have over 160 on paper and 2 prototypes. Personal Coolong Unit similar to the space suite spigetty heating but way cheaper and a dressing for dead plastic or wood with 0 reactivity so no gloves needed.

@Muze You will need to have a patent from it, you will need to develop it, design it, test it, manufacture it, advertise it, you likely won't have the money for that.

As far I know, your region is not a top inside the U.S., you are still in much better position than most S.E. user. And you are living in a small city, which has also a U.S. University.

@peterh Retrofitted PCU Personal Cooling Unit. Cold enough to induce hypothermia and/or last for 6 hours. Used a paintball vest to isulate and enclose over clothes or under armor, hazmat suit. Good for motorcycles, Garden, EMS, etc.. Battery or solar powered(battery not required). Does not cause frostbite and has temprature regulator. Cost $50 to make this one in materials. The camopak is used. With better isulation and mass production the effectivity could be doubled and price cut in half.

The suspensions and mod warnings escalate when you don't learn. And you cannot use the same excuse on one site that you used on another as information is shared across the mod team

@RoryAlsop understood I do get in trouble on other sites. I'm not innocent but they are minor and just doen't warrent a year. I'm just would like to se smaller suspensions for minor infraction that are not obviously a suspendable infraction lick editin your own negitve posts while not invalidating other answers.

It is like the chat thing I shouldn't have been able to go in there. I could have opened a private chat room in physics if that was a problem but I'm not going to do that there or any chat while suspended.
