I don't think it belongs in Q&A. So I want to discuss it here. I did a 3 hour small project for a client, and since then he is writing me on skype every 2-3 days since last 3 week. Most of the time, they are very small questions or clarifications. And he expect me to reply to him within an hour. I find this very frustrating too. I am just curious how you will bill a client for skype support, esp if he ask 1 minute question every other day.
