The definition of "extraordinary evidence" is clearly not "ordinary evidence" by definition.

I've offered a Bayesian definition - that P(e | h) >> P(e | not h).
Laplace said: The weight of evidence for an extraordinary claim must be proportioned to its strangeness.
David Hume said: No testimony is sufficient to establish a miracle, unless the testimony be of such a kind, that its falsehood would be more miraculous than the fact which it endeavors to establish.
One single piece of incredible evidence, or vast amounts of (independent) moderately good evidence are equivalent - both allow you to update your priors.
