Dear Mr. Herbert and other PSTricks maintainers,

Herewith I am reporting some unexpected "features" (that look like bugs).

First, `\psline[arrows=->](1,1)(1,1)` should produce nothing. Unfortunately, the current implementation it produces a single arrow that looks strange (at least to me).

Second, `\psellipticarc[arrows=->](2.5,2.5)(1,2){0}{0}` and `\psellipticarcn[arrows=->](2.5,2.5)(2,1){0}{0}` should produce nothing. The current implementation, they produce full ellipses with arrows. It is also strange to me.
