@kelalaka No, it wouldn't be, but what on earth makes you think this happened? I don't see any evidence that any disagreement was involved. It looks like the perfectly normal deletion of a chatty comment.
Ella's explanation of comments is spot on. Comments are supposed to be temporary, and it's part of the moderators' job to delete comments that are obsolete or chatty.
@kelalaka If you suspect a moderator of wrongdoing, you can ask other moderators to look into it, or you can ask Stack Exchange staff.
I wasn't the mod who deleted your comment on that question (I know you can't verify that) and I don't see any evidence that there might be impropriety.
In general only mods (users with a ♦ next to their name on the site) can delete comments.
A comment is also deleted if it has three flags + some extra that grows with the number of votes, but that rarely happens except on the busier sites.
A comment can be deleted with a single flag (i.e. by anybody with 15 reputation) if it contains some “bad words” like “fuck” and ”accept rate“ (for obscure historical reasons, search Meta Stack Exchange if you're really curious what that is).
