Why can't I nominate someone else from the community?

@F'OlaYinka because when that was allowed we ended up getting a lot of nominations for folks who weren't really interested in running (or moderating).

BTW, @F'OlaYinka - if you know of someone you think would make a good candidate, don't hesitate to encourage them to run.
