@jmoreno Clearing up misunderstandings requires some interpersonal skills on both sides. I did not claim that this would be easy. But teaching the basics of conflict resolution is more of a topic for interpersonal.stackexchange.com and my answer is already very long, so I think it would go too far to elaborate on this topic any further.
