Well nothing's foolproof

7:50 AM
You can be pretty sure the ones that miss the warning won't be the best questions ever
Doing 41-45 inclusive

8:48 AM
I see the home page is pretty much flooded already so it's probably best I don't start editing too? @PaulWhite

112-117 done

@TomV Use your own judgement 🙂
There's really no rush with this.
I'm not going to do any for a few hours.
@TomV It should be OK to do one or two at any time, if you just want to get into it.

46,47,49 also done.

@Colin'tHart Thanks. Perhaps we (me, you, and @McNets) should take a break for a while to let some others have a go?

(that said I did do 48 quickly)
@MDCCL Would you be able to suggest usage guidance for ?

Please don't over-use . The point of that tag is to make it clear that the question does not depend on a specific product. It does not mean the same as 'we don't know which database the OP is using'. If a question doesn't make the target database clear, it is best to leave it without any sort of database tag.
In many cases, that will mean the question is unclear - but that's OK, we have other tools to deal with that situation.

@PaulWhite OK, I've tried to figure it out according to comments or answers. But sometimes it is not possible.

Yep, understood.

12:17 PM
You can also sometimes confidently infer the database from looking at other questions by the same author.

12:33 PM
Starting on 51 - 55

1:31 PM
that's hard work (5 questions per hour)
Even though dba.stackexchange.com/q/72012 was pretty basic it did contain some relevant bits. (Including answers). Why was it deleted? I thought I had just flagged a comment ("calculators??")
OTOH yeah, ok.
doing 56 - 60

2:00 PM
@hot2use Way too localized. Closed for ages. The only answer will get to keep their rep, so no reason not to delete really.
@hot2use Remember it's not a race. Quality over quantity, and remember the more you do, the less others get to join in. If it takes us four weeks to clear these questions, that's fine by me.
Don't forget to review the whole page - answers as well as the questions.
The goal here is to increase the lasting value of Q & A to the site.
If it stops being fun, go eat some chocolate or something, and come back later 🙂

No it's fun. Get's me thinking. Thanks for the the feedback.
@PaulWhite <-- especially that bit of info.
@PaulWhite Yes, I am looking at both questions and answers. Upvoting where appropriate. Editing some.

@PaulWhite ok, thank you

(from the FAQ)
Not that I put too much weight on that.
Losing rep because your answered a poor question that was later closed and deleted is to be expected.

Q: What's the structure of a matchmaking server?

KennyThis is my current structure of my matches table: id, title, description, max_players, host_username, host_ip and there's another table called matches_players: match_id, player_username This requires two queries to get the matches list and the player count of each one, so is there a b...

Reopen?

@McNets Flag for deletion. It's awful.

@PaulWhite ok

@McNets You can (and should) vote to delete, but if you want to make sure it gets deleted, also flag for moderator attention (custom flag). Sadly we don't have a delete votes review queue.

@PaulWhite understood

4:04 PM
Haha, @PaulWhite did you just delete the comment that I replied to?

@Colin'tHart where? I delete a lot of comments

I replied to the comment on the question, and when I submitted, my comment replaced it... the original was gone.
No big deal

@Colin'tHart ha yeah I disposed of that an hour ago. You were viewing a cached version?

Must have been.

Pretty spooky experience no doubt
Still, it is Halloween here
So 👻👻👻

81 - 85 done

@hot2use Not for me. Vote to reopen if you want to start a review process.
(I mean I won't single-vote reopen it)

Appreciated.
I wasn't too keen. Seeking opinions.

Well the review queues are pretty quiet right now

BTW, what was your answer to this? I saw a notification about it, but I guess you deleted the comment/edit/whatever caused the notification.

Created the tag, btw
Tagged a few questions to exemplify, will work on adding more once the [sql] removal process is finished
