Do you mean "Hot Network Questions" list? I've seen others balloon in answers and visits when it gets listed in the hot network questions list.

Q: Lots of views in one day

Johnny MoppI noticed that this question (Burning Arduinos one after another) got almost 4K views in one day. That seems odd since the average on arduino.se seems to be about 25 (guestimate). Is this view count correct?

Maybe that's what we need to do; put our (good) questions and answers all over social media so they get in the HNQ list.

Q: "avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00," aka Some Dude Named Avr Won't Let Me Upload My Program

The Guy with The HatI made an awesome program the other day, and I wanted to upload it to my Arduino. After clicking the upload button, some mean dude named avr came along and stopped me, saying: avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00 All I want to do is just upload my program, but avr won't let me....

When I made it 4 years ago, I thought it would be funny to make it a pun centered around avrdude being "AVR dude"
But it's one of the most popular questions on the site, and I feel like it may be better to make it as "professional" as possible
Additionally, more "clutter" on the page may have an effect on SEO.
On the other hand, from the comments it appears that a lot of people appreciate the joke.

@TheGuywithTheHat I appreciate the joke. I say keep it as is. It puts people at ease.

Folks, is this an Arduino question? Some of the names of the library functions sound like Arduino.

Q: digispark pin mode input_pullup reading low on pin 1

Stuart HarrisI have set Pin 1 high with pinmode(1, INPUT_PULLUP) and the LED attached turns on but when i perform a digitalRead(1) I get a LOW response. Is it because the LED in turning on is pulling the pin low?? and if so would de-soldering the SMD LED be a solution to making this pin available? Actually ...

@NickAlexeev The Digispark is a neat little PCB based on the Atmel (Microchip) ATtiny85. Its not officially part of the Arduino series, it has been imported so it works on the Arduino IDE. I think that makes it Arduino at heart. The fact that this person is using some of the Arduino function calls indicates this is better over here on the Arduino SE site.
