@Woss Probably, the effect should be tracked as on any other site. Again, sorry, but I was not part of the initiative, I do not have much information on the topic. Just speculating. Probably, there were incentives that were set to reach by the initiative, some pros and cons were considered. If so, my colleagues know what they are and how to track them.

I am not equipped with enough information to talk on this topic at all. Please address the question on MSE.
