@fedorqui Could you please tell me if this approach will be clear for the community? I mean across SE sites users use-dash-to-seapare-words-in-a-tag. Would it better to use sql-server-*, for example?

@NicolasChabanovsky so yes, I think this is more clear. I could only find one counter example with php, for which we use php5 and php7 instead of php-5 & php-7. But for Python and sql-server, the -* thingie sounds like the best solution
