Hi @NicolasChabanovsky, regarding the post of What is the story behind your question (SOes results), i think the winners are wrong because, if i didn't read wrong, in main post the rules are that the question should be in September 2019 formed, and the most voted question (history) is from 2017

As I can remember, users discussed the rules in almost all communities, and agreed that it would be great to include all questions. There were pros and cons of both approaches, but as I understood, people liked the second one more. As a result, we followed the "majority dictatorship".
