@XanderHenderson Same here! I was really scared of firecrackers right since my childhood. I lit my first one only when I was 11
So basically every Diwali (till I was 11) I was being teased of being scared of something that just made a loud noise😂

Diwali has never caused me problems, but Holi is a bit much for me.
But we don't typically do fireworks for Diwali in the US.
In any event, I should probably go pretend to be a good Jew, light the Shabbos candles, and stop staring at screens.
