My question there is specifically about the satellite flare phenomenon, but the discussion ...

First question is specifically about satellite flares from Starlink satellites, and not about light pollution in general. Flare's require near-specular reflection from Sun to LEO to Earth's surface at night.
Second one is about light pollution in general from Starlink satellites.
