allprivatekeys.com/wallet.dat claims to be "Biggest Marketplace on the internet" and lets you buy/sell wallet.dat
It was mentioned in a tweet in September: twitter.com/UnderTheBreach/status/1303316723186139136 and recently in few articles cointelegraph.com/news/… related to a transaction involving more than 60k BTC
I am not sure why are people trusting strangers to buy wallet.dat files which will be useless in 99% of the cases
This screenshot shows it was an address added in blank wallet as watch only twitter.com/prayankgahlot/status/1324004165320757248
Dont know if bitcoin core can do anything about it but encryption option disabled for watch-only but enabled for blank wallet is weird. There is some discussion about it here: github.com/bitcoin-core/gui/issues/77#issuecomment-683497589
