@AndrasDeak--СлаваУкраїні the original Sailor Moon anime does not really give a clear idea of the source material. While it stays pretty close, some parts were toned down quite a bit, and the story was heavily diluted to make more episodes. As a result you have long "dead times" that are just "Sailor Moon & Co VS monster of the week"

Sailor Moon Crystal (the remake) is far closer to the original.
