Moon Hijinks: the dark side of the moon is crammed with secret bases. Nazis, aliens, lizardpeople, you name it.
Most of them were hidden well enough that they didn't know about each other until very recently.
Elon Musk also has a Moon Base, naturally.

The Moon Base Kerfuffle will keep so long as all the secret bases are a secret from each other.
...Or when someone decides to use Umdaar as a weapon to terraform Elon Musk out of existence.
