Who or what is community and how does it/they decide what gets bumped in the stack?

Question for anyone available, where would I be able to find test vectors for Ed521?

Hi Everyone. Is anyone aware of crypto from North Korea, like a block cipher or hash?

@jww Your guess is as good as mine. Given the amount of North Korean propaganda forced down American throats I spend some of my free time checking Google earth for North Korean ICBM sites. But then again I don't believe that North Korea has ICBM technology, because I know the United States doesn't have ICBM technology. It's submarines OR DIE!

@EdwardR.Murrow Is a joker, who btw still owes 72.23 for utilities and internet. Non the less submarines are real. And people make a big fuss about nuclear submarines, but the problem is from a sonar perspective nuclear submarines are louder than diesel submarines, because diesel subs can cut the engines and run pure electric, nuclear subs have a ton of auxiliary cooling systems that's can't be turned off and are really loud. But hey none of this is true I'm just crazy don't listen to me

@Q-Club checks on your desk. And I've been saying since day one that NASA is just a front for maintaining ICBM technology. But you still think we can shoot down missles? Ha I'll believe it when we retire the b52. I'll spare these good people from our more insane conversations. Also Stacey says hi

@LevKnoblock what do you mean by "Ed521"?
EdDSA on P-521?
@Q-Club community is a generic user and from time to time bumps unanswered questions to the front page (with "unanswered" meaning "at most 0 score on all answers and no accepts")

@jww I wouldn't be surprised if there's no (publicly) standardized crypto algorithm from North Korea

@EdwardR.Murrow @Q-Club Are you talking to yourself or do both of you live in the same sanatorium?

@SEJPM the Edwards curve E-521 as per the safecurves site

@jww Not a block cipher or hash, and certainly nothing standardized, but it appears that they're working on quantum cryptography

@LevKnoblock somehow I have the feeling you won't find an implementation with generic EdDSA using E-521, I'd suggest you implement E-521 on its own, validate that and then try to find a generic EdDSA implementation (for some other curve, eg the Goldilocks curve?) with which to compare results

6:30 PM
@SEJPM I thought E-521 is the same as Ed521?
Also, I've written an implementation of E-521 but I'm not sure if it's correct, hence the desire to check it

@CodesInChaos Yes!!! @SEJPM Thanks!
