I've a small topic to discuss about. My friend is using LSB Steganography to hide text in the image. It replaces last two significant bit of RGB values of a pixel with the binary of plain text. The resultant image is produced in PNG format because PNG uses lossless compression.

How LSB steganographic algorithm knows at which coordinate to hide the data and how receiver decodes it?
