Found it in the research paper: version 2.4 and 2.5 of wifi_supplicant install an all-zero encryption
key (TK) when receiving a retransmitted message 3. This
vulnerability appears to be caused by a remark in the 802.11 standard
that indirectly suggests to clear the TK from memory once it
has been installed
Temporal Encryption Key becomes zero so now attacker can easily compute the keystream and attacker also knows CTR..This problem is found in Linux and Android
Old Android phones don't get updates so their wifi security is permanently broken
