I found these useful when I have to make something for company but need to stay "traditional"

most of these are for large portions, so adjust accordingly

I made the mistake of not looking at the portion sizes once

I don't mind leftovers. In fact, I love leftovers. (As long as they're good reheated.)

Really? I use an oiled frying pan on medium for ~8 minutes.

Makes the cheese epic soft, but the crust cooks a bit.

Yes, that's always been my problem with it.

ppl tend to over-toast the crust or bottom when they toast it in the oven

the trick is to use a low heat so it come out nice and crispy but not too hot

takes a bit longer but it makes a big difference

Yeah, the low-heat is the trick. People ignore that because they're impatient, but even on low heat it doesn't take long.

if you are really good with your timing you can use extremely high heat but that skill (super vapor action!) is very hard to master

Papa Johns should have it, and they're everywhere in the US. I'm not really a fan of them though. I got it at a local pizza place which I'm pretty sure doesn't have any other locations.

I'm not a big fan of chain pizza stores, but papa john's is not bad. I just don't like their whining about Obamacare

I was okay with them until they decided to start forwarding certain political agendas. But they're nowhere near the best option anywhere I've lived. There have always been cheaper places with higher quality.

I just don't like their $3 delivery fee. I already pay a tip plus $0.75 for the wireless charge.

I've almost never gotten delivery. I'm walking distance from every restaurant that delivers that I want to eat at, and I'd rather walk.

Eh. I'm 5 minutes driving, if I don't hit any lights. Unless I get Pizza Hut, which is ~15 minutes walking both ways.

I pay by credit card. They charge me 75 cents to use their wireless PINpad.

I don't have a car. It's too much of a hassle. Everywhere I need to go is within 10 minutes walking from my apartment.
