@Bread Let me know if you find any interesting videos. I didn't know his work was on archive, but a lot of material is from that time. I am finding Gallagher's 1963 book very helpful. Apparently Marcel helped write it. Josiah Royce has also come up in reading Gallagher. Much of Royce's work is on archive as well.

@FrankHubeny The first 'pass' on part 1 of the interview with him was quite a mental trip, due to important nuances that are necessarily lost in translations. Even English subtitles may often become a wretched joke, whenever the audio is of poor quality or the speaker doesn't enunciate well despite being adequately articulate. Nevertheless, I got the gist of it: that he was an extremely intelligent and interesting man who was passionate about his work and especially about Philosophy. My French
is not that great, but I'm hearing it a second time with the speed turned way down along with the translated English subtitles. I haven't got very far this morning, only that he was not completely satisfied with life, felt much of it was wasted due to distractions; but that he noticed some sense of convergence as things (probably ideas) sort of fell into place; and he has come to terms with his life, both his past and to a lesser extent the inevitable future of growing old and eventually dying.
