@PeterJ Thanks for sharing. I have read now 'The Marketing of Philosophy: A Preliminary Report', 'Is Metaphysics a Waste of Time?', and skimmed 'From Metaphysics to Mysticism'. Let me phrase my comment like that: I do like the writings of Erwin Schrödinger, including his writings embracing Vedanta and Schopenhauer. But I never read Vedanta or Schopenhauer myself.
I guessed that you must have read Schrödinger after reading the "marketing" text, but you never mentioned him. In the "waste of time" text, you at least mentioned Schrödinger and Schopenhauer by name. When I skimmed the "mysticism" text, I was pleased to find that you used both footnotes and a bibliography. For the reader who wants to learn from your texts, both footnotes and a bibliography are valuable resources for putting your texts in context and for potential interesting further reading.
Overall, the quality of your writing makes it clear that you must have invested quite some time into studying philosophy and writing those texts. Your texts are reasonably short and quite readable. (And I think I have seen your blog before: it is the one which tries to "promote the idea that metaphysics is useful and important"...)
