This room is no one year old.

I am a bit torn. On one hand, there already is another room that has linear algebra as part of its topic, namely Linear & Abstract algebra. (The scope of that room evolved a bit.)

On the other hand, linear algebra is certainly a topic in which many users have questions.

But since now we have two rooms with overlapping topics and neither of them gains much activity, I would suggest to let this room freeze. (After all, if at some point we see that a separate room for linear algebra is needed, we can simply unfreeze this room or create an entirely new one.)
