@ThomasBrowne You felt you had awarded the bounty to me reluctantly. OK. However it was entirely your decision and I did not pester nor coerce you into upvoting and accepting my answer. I am providing this post-bounty support out of courtesy, not because I am obligated to.
While you are free to unaccept my answer, can you at least accept one that is more complete and insightful, such as explaining why it'd be architecturally impossible for Vega iGPU & dGPU to work concurrently? Your current accepted answer is simply worse, manner-wise (starting off with a profanity), and technical-wise.
[q] Ryzen 2200/2400 ave available pci-e 3.0 x8 link speed available that can be used for external graphics ... claiming it is not possible is not at all truthful.[/q]
Miscomprehension or Blunder. No one there claimed it is impossible to run a dGPU on x8 PCIE lanes.
[q] AMD made sure there was a limit so you could basically only pair up with 1 GPU so potential miners would not even bother[/q]
Wrong. Multiple dGPUs can be used with [PCIE Risers](https://ethereum-miner.com/collections/pcie-risers).

As an ultimate conscientiousness, if within 14 days you manage to build a Ryzen 2400G rig with any of the aforementioned dGPU in my answer (GTX1080Ti/GTX1050/GTX1050Ti/RX580/Vega56) working simultaneouly with the Vega 11 iGPU, with each GPU performing comparably when used individually (eg. MS Basic Display Driver at subpar performance will not be accepted), using publicly available display driver released before 2018-04-13 and post an answer with proof, I will award it with +100 bounty.
If you are not in, we are done. Message posted here can't be removed after a few minutes has passed, and thus irrefutable. You may refer to this record as a stigma to me in case I did not keep my promise.
