I had a look into that, but I think this is very specialised. They show appreciation to veterans struck with illnesses by calling them, sending them postcards and small gifts. That doesn't sound too complicated, until you realise they assign the veterans to volunteers, who have to send a card to them monthly, phone them monthly, the assigned volunteer needs to rotate every few months, some volunteers take less veterans than others,

widows must receive cards every 3 months, veterans must receive an extra phone call before and after an event (like surgery). A yearly holidays gift must be sent to all volunteers, veterans and widows, but only a maximum of one per address. Some volunteers are also veterans that receive the appreciation, some widows are volunteers, some widows are veterans.

The Excel is full of mistakes and the volunteer turnaround rate is huge.

I think I'm gonna go with rewriting the Excel and pulling data from a database, if that is possible.
