Is Paris Prime worth using? I was expecting some respectable damage after Dread, but I'm feeling a little underwhelmed at the moment.

@Frank isn't dread one of the best bows though

apparently paris prime has better damage for high level enemies because of its damage type though. hmm

@ASCII-only I'd assume those that have higher MR requirements would be better.

With Toxin damage, it's actually pretty good at skewering an entire line of Grineer.

There is no single best weapon for all situations.

@ASCII-only i dont have one off hand, but i remember it being level 80 when i first started and them talking about it being 80 so it would be something remotely challenging for veterans

now it is level 32 and requires basically no effort to do

@Frank i dont know how strong you have her, but chances are you cant push her much past it. she got nerfed fairly hard, and she has never been exceptionally good at high level content

@ASCII-only if you are playing any ability based frame or a melee build yes

half the time melee strikes cant actually shrink the bubble, and melee attacks naturally make you walk forward. if you even clip into a nullifier bubble, you lose all of your buffs

and for a lot of frames that means you die, since your buffs are what are keeping you alive

so the reason I haven't noticed yet is because Frost has basically no buffs >_>

also you really start to feel the pain when you go past sortie 1 levels

even at like level 50 or so, if you get a lot of spawns it is really annoying because of how many there are, and the fact they can also be cold eximuses as well

so they have 2 bubbles you have to pop

@Dragonrage Well, I'm still working on maxing out efficiency; I only have the Augur mod for that.

@Frank you can get regular continuity from void capture mission. Brozime has a YouTube video showing which containers drop mods. You can also get streamline and other essential mods there if you don’t have them.

Other than that transient fortitude is pretty decent as ember doesn’t really need much duration. Just efficiency and power strength with some range

@Frank hydron Sedna is a good spot for neos yeah. I have several hundred neos from farming it for affinity

If you want mesos try Helene saturn. Same tile set as hydron and slightly lower enemy level but similar affinity gains
