I just used it for myself, or I would have summoned somebody. (It's not something you should do without a good reason.)

yeah fair enough, I've never been summoned by a mod which I assume is a good thing

I just summoned other moderators, when I created a chat room for Drupal Answers moderators.

Apart that, I suspended two users.
