Is there a way to download vCard files for all contacts in Google Contacts?
I can download all contacts as a spreadsheet. But it’s a bit too Procrustean – some information isn’t included in the spreadsheet.
I can download a contact as a vCard. All of the information is included into vCard. But I’d have to download a vCard for each contact one at a time. That’s the only method I’m aware of.

Does Google Contacts have a function where I can download vCards for all contacts at once (perhaps a bunch of vCard files in a zip file)?
Does Google Contacts have an API for downloading contacts? I could write a script against the API.
