I have tried a bounty here: Is it possible to get notifications for new comments on a YouTube video? (Of course, maybe solution for this doesn't actually exists - other than trying to make something myself using YouTube API.)

I suppose that if none of the answers is close enough to what I was looking for, it is ok to let the bounty expire without awarding it to any of the asnwers.
