@LateralTerminal I just asked the hive mind some Redditors.
They did the remembering.
I've also been busy programming a PmWiki-based PHP-outputs-JavaScriot behemoth.

@wizzwizz4 That sounds really complicated! Is it challenging?

@LateralTerminal It was!
But I've done the hard part now; it's mostly just JavaScript programming now.
I've set it up so that if I want a PHP variable, I make a new line, then write:
EOD
  . $php_variable . <<<'EOD'
By the way, I recently won a national programming competition, which I'm quite happy about.
I'm not very happy that they had to go back to the first round in order to break a three-way tie, but I sort of am in a way because it shows that it was a real competition.
But it also suggests that they should've set more / harder challenges, since it should look like an S curve (an integrated bell curve).
So there shouldn't have been so many people with that same score.

@wizzwizz4 Very impressive! I'm proud of you for winning! You're even more competent than I thought. Now you've got physical proof you're the best :P

6:09 PM
@LateralTerminal Yup! Now I might be able to get in the way of somebody at the Met Office.

@wizzwizz4 you're interested in weather service?

@LateralTerminal Not particularly, but there are some of the best programmers there, it's relatively close to where I live, and it's a great reference for my first job.
Anyway, do you want to Python?

6:37 PM
@wizzwizz4 Yeah that would be a good first job for you. I do want to do python but I'm really busy at work :(

That's fine; getting work done has priority over becoming slightly better at doing things.

@wizzwizz4 Yes I like my job lol. :) I'll see you later!
